What is your shipping policy?
1. Orders placed before noon will be treated the same day.
2. Shipping fees and delays will vary per destination due to our flat rate shipping fees:
3. Shipping charges will be applied on your invoice. This amount varies by contract or destination.
4. To avoid any shipping charges, customer can provide their own carrier. The carrier’s information must be clearly indicated on your purchase order when order is placed. (Example: GLS account #12345) If not, charges may be applicable. “
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 10 business days of receiving your order. Products must be in original, unused, resalable condition. All returns require an RMA number issued by our customer service team. Restocking fees (10–30%) may apply. Each case is handled individually.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please note that we at Medique do not accept exchanges. Any incorrect items ordered but be returned and a new order must be placed by the client.

What are your payment terms?
Our accounts are put on a Net 30-day payment term!
What are your payment options?
We accept e-transfer, cheque, and wire transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
