The Exel IV Catheter offers smooth, comfortable insertion with a one-action opening that prevents roll-back. It has a color-coded cap for size identification, a translucent hub and flashback chamber for easy blood detection, and a kink-resistant FEP catheter for stable flow. The radio-opaque catheter includes a back-beveled cannula and connects to syringes via a removable filter cap. A hydrophobic membrane filter prevents blood leakage, while close contact between catheter and needle ensures safe venipuncture. Crimped hub engagement reduces blood residuals and coagulation. Sterile, non-toxic, non-pyrogenic, and latex-free.
