Emu-Graph 4 emulator strips are designed for use in pre-vacuum steam sterilization cycles operating at 134°C for 4 minutes or 121°C for 10 minutes. When exposed to proper steam conditions, the indicator changes from purple to green, providing a clear, integrated response that sterilization conditions have been met. The strips are steam-specific and free from lead and toxic heavy metals.
